Micah @ 9 months

Micah is 9 months old now! The time is passing so quickly. Micah's first year seems to be going by much faster than Naomi's did.

We had his dr.'s appointment last night. Here are his measurements:

Height: 73 cm (29 inches) 69th percentile
Weight: 19.84lbs 40 percentile
Head: 45.5 cm 57th percentile

-He has been crawling since he was 6.5 months old. He started with the "army" crawl, but not too long after switched to regular crawling.
-He still sleeps through the night. What a blessing!! He takes two naps a day. Both are usually 1-1.5 hours.
-He pulls up and stands against furniture, etc. and is just starting to take a couple of small steps while holding on to things. He can also go easily from crawling to sitting.
-He can clap his hands and puts his arms up to be picked up.
-He likes peek-a-boo and a select few books.
-He loves Naomi. They love to wrestle and "play" together. He especially loves pulling her hair and getting into her toys. Usually she is fairly good to share, but not always.
-No teeth yet and still not that much drooling.
-He still spits up sometimes. Yuck.
-His hair is slowly starting to come in. I think it will be curly too.
-He went through a stage of crying when I left the room, left him at the nursery, etc., but that has lessened some.
-He is a super eater. He'll eat pretty much anything. He loves feeding himself and is quite good at it. He is also still nursing.
-He doesn't show as much favoritism towards me as Naomi did at this age. He is just as willing to go to Jamin.

Micah continues to be a pretty easy going baby. We love him soooo much!
